How To Order

Using the search box. If you know the manufacturers part number, type it in the part number search box and press the lets go! button. If you dont know the part number, you may be able to find the part you are looking for by selecting your boiler manufacture and you part type. Alternativly you can click parts enquiry or request call back buttons and we will do the searching for you.

Making a purchase. Once you have found your required part click the buy button and then follow the on screen instructions, which will guide you through the check out. You can create an account with us at this stage to enable faster check out on your next visit.

Changing quantities. Once you have clicked to buy you will be redirected to the checkout page, here you can click continue shopping or if you adjust the quantities click recalculate.

To empty your shopping trolly. Simply click the dustbin logo next to the item in the list to delete an item.

Delivery times. If you place the order before 2pm Monday to Friday(except bank holidays) your item will be dispatch for next working day delivery . If we are out of stock you will be sent a estimated delivey time via email. We do our best to dispatch goods as quick as possible but sometimes there maybe delays due to reasons outside our control such as the weather and manufacturing problems.

Payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken via paypal secure checkout.

V.A.T. All our products are charged at 20% V.A.T.

Shipping. We use Uk Mail and Royal Mail to dispatch our goods Standard delivery for orders under £100 is £3.00 or £7.00 and for all orders over £100 before V.A.T its free of charge.

Returns. All faulty items will be replaced or credited in full once they have been inspected by the manufacturer. All other returns will be subject to a manufacturers restocking and handling charge (except printed circuit boards which are none refundable).
